換工作會影響綠卡排期嗎？

EB2 的排期進展緩慢，我是06年4月的NIW。
很想換工作，新地點在東部，目前地點在中部。這樣移民局是不是會transfer file 從Houston 到另一個處理中心？會不會有其他對綠卡申請不利的影響？

很想聽聽大家的看法，心裏很矛盾。
請多指教！
