health care assistance for permanent resident under age of 65

Does anyone know how to apply for health care assistance for permanent resident under age of 65? or where to find a broker? My parents (under age 65) got their greencard. I am thinking of applying for some health care assistance for them, to cover needed medical treatment when they are in the States. Thank you.
