theoritically, you have to reapply US visa to enable you to enter US again. You cannot extend your visa inside US because extention visa service inside US was cancelled after 9/11.Practiccally, you can use canada as your transfer point to escape visa because you have canadian residency. Of course, it violate both US and canadian immigration law and need to plan very carefully.
