H1-B premium processing,急問

Texas Service Center, 有誰知道一般需要幾天，為什麽我的這麽慢呀？My wife's case has be already approved for several days (Vermont Service Center)? We submitted at the same day. Why TSC is so slow? Does anybody know? Thanks for any reply?
