H1B用了3年，9月底到期，請問如果再續3年，最晚什麽時候遞材料？
-You had better do it now because it takes one to two weeks to the LCA which is necessary for the H1 petition. As long as USCIS receive your application before your current H1 expires, you are OK to continue your work.
