問一下， 我現在在國內，我有綠卡， 想在國內多呆一段， 能不能在國內申請返美證， 而不用回美國申請。或者我人還在中國，朋友幫我在美國遞上１３１申請， 批了我回美國那著AP 馬上回china
-No. This is reentry permit (RP), not AP. You have to apply for the RP and get the fingerprint done within U.S., and then you can leave U.S. before or after the RP approval.
