AP renew 要不要交$305啊？謝謝~！

我幫同學file AP, 發現有這麽一句話：

If you filed Form I485 on or after July 30, 2007 and you paid the I-485 application fee required, then no fee is requried to file a request for Advance Parole ...

這個485的received data正好是July 30, 2007, 是不是就可以不要交錢renew AP?
當時485的申請費隻要395, 現在AP renew就要305 ...

請有經驗的大蝦回答， 謝謝~！
