請再問原雇主把我解雇再叫我為他幹活,都是他們自幾技術差幹不了的工作,付我合同工的工資,老版不付稅, 他沒有告知移民解雇我的情況, 原雇主為我的H1b sponsor until the end of next year. My feeling is that I can take some payment but my employer should pay social care and Medcare etc. It is illegal that he pays as a contractor.

My question is that it is legal way or not that my h1b sponsor pay me as a contractor?
