Parents sponsered Green Card

My mom (permanent resident) sponsered me as un-married son for green card in 1993. I have finally filed I-485 in July 2002 and will be fingerprinted in Sept 2004. Now I want to know what documents I need for final interview. Please give a detailed list.
I mainly concerned about the "unmarried certificate". Does INS still check I am single or not???? Thank you very MUCH!!!
