我的朋友十多年前B1來美，當時為能順利拿到簽證，向領事館謊稱已婚。現在她已與公民結婚並拿到臨時綠卡。她申請正式綠卡時移民局是否會發現當年在領事館的填表記錄？
-I do not think this B2 visa application information still exists in the USCIS system because usually they destoy the nonimmigration visa application information after one year.

如果發現了，申請普通的豁免會解決問題嗎？
