回複：綠卡一定要雇主出錢嗎，自己出行不行

剛在一個學校當AP,現在是OPT，準備申請H1B 和綠卡。學校外籍老師相當少，所以學校也沒什麽經驗。還有，聽一位韓籍教授（來了2，3年了，到現在都沒有綠卡申請）說學校不大願意出錢。因為都知道排期很久，我想馬上就提交申請，所以我也願意自己出錢。可是好像根據法律，自己想出錢都不行，一定要雇主出錢。請問各位大俠有什麽建議嗎。謝謝！
-If you hire a lawyer, you can give the money to the lawyer, and then the lawyer can pay for you. But some people just paid the fee by themself, it was still OK. So, USCIS may not so strict in this matter.
