請問: 結婚綠卡麵試,歸化美國公民的出生公證是必須的嗎？

收到結婚綠卡麵試通知，requires:

" If your eligibility is based on your marriage, in addition to your spouse coming to the interview with you, bring:

- Your spouse's birth certificate and your spouse's evidence of United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident status.... "

老公是歸化美國公民, 他的出生證明是不是必須的呢？如果是，他目前沒有，需要去國內辦理新的公證 and cannot catch up the interview at all, can we just go without it and if necessary we can make up the birth certificate等新的公證來了?

When submitting I-130, 485, 765, seems US passport or citizenship certificate paper is OK for Naturalized citizen instead of birth certificate.
