回複：EB1 I-485>14 month, mistakenly linked to EB2

I got the same situation as you. I used USCIS followup email to find out the problem and emailed back to request them to relink EB1 485 back to EB1 140. They replied to say "case has been ordered to review for the 1st preference category." But when I called NSC last week, just to find out the 485 was still connected to NIW 140. I called again this monday, and was told my case is under review. But I am not sure, since they often give inaccurate information.

I also wrote to NSC, and received a letter to acknowledge my correspondence. But the letter does not say what they will do.

By the way, PoJ method still works. Just try more times and you may get a nice IO who is willing to help...
