想問pjiang老師，我是J-1互惠生來美國的，現在想申請F-1，我是要豁免好呢？還是直接申請大學，讓大學幫我轉簽證好呢？
-If you do not get the j1 waiver yet, you can go outside US to get an F1 visa to come back for the F1 study. But you still need to get the J1 waiver in the future to be qualified for the H1 status or green card.
