二個多月前曾請教過你， 由於移民局的計算錯誤， 朋友的兒子485以超齡的理由被拒。 二個月前已由律師appeal， 父母EB2已於4個月前拿到GREEN CARD.請問兒子的案子需要多久才會有結果。
