請問我什麽時間可以以新的I-797入境? 是否隻能比新的生效日期提前10天 (09/20 - 10/01 之間)? 還是從現在起到10/1之前都可以?
-Anytime before October 1. You need to apply for an H1 visa to come back. Bring all the necessary documents for the visa including a letter from your employer indicating your employment status.
