這麽說來，還是能用H1就用H1, 盡量不要用EAD,你說是吧
-Depends, if you are working in US now and will continue to be here, you had better keep H1 status. But if you want to give up your current job and go back to China for a while, you had better have EAD because you you can not keep your H1 after you quit the job.


綜合考慮以上各種因素，您認為我現在申請EAD有用嗎？如果沒什麽用，那我就不申請了，隻申請AP就好，還可以省幾百刀：）您有什麽好建議嗎？
-Because you 今年7月被通知到local office （baltimore) 麵談, I think your I-485 probably has been pre-approved and wait for the PD to be current,and USCIS may not ask you RFE. If you want to come to USCIS for a short time job, you may have a EAD to work. If your I-485 is denied, you still can come to US by applying for an H1 visa even if you used EAD before.
