AP 申請材料無法寄達，如何辦？

我昨天到郵局用EXPRESS MAIL寄AP 申請， 剛才在網上track它，發現以下信息

Status: Notice Left

後打電話到USPS查問，說地址是PO Box 的 express mail需要收件人簽名，而且隻deliver 一次，要我打電話給收件人叫他們到郵局取。我想，那完了，一是不知道Texas center收件室的電話，二是即使知道電話打過去， 他們也絕對不會派人去郵局取的。有人遇到過這種情況嗎？該如何辦？隻能等它退回？本想快些把郵件寄到才用Expess mail（我10月份回國，所以著急), 還花了17刀，沒想到反而耽誤事，哎， 早知道USPS服務那麽爛，不到那裏寄東西了！
