回複：各位大師，please advice about NIW I-485 medical exam!

1. Only TB skin test will be done, all other blood test didn’t need anymore?
-Not need to other tests. Just need to provide what USCIS asked.
2. The receptionist in the Dr’s clinic said medical exam for CIS is valid for one year, is that true?
-It is true only if before your I-485 and I-693 was filed based on USCIS new memo. So, you are OK.

I really don’t want to redo the medical exam again since it will take a while to get all the blood test result, but CIS only gave us limited time and CIS letter didn’t mention other medical test except TB skin test.
-You do not need to do that again.

3. While we did medical examination in 2006, I told the Doctor that I had TB skin test in 2005, the doctor just let us to do Chest X-ray directly without any TB skin test in his clinic. If this time the TB skin test is positive, do we need to update our chest X-ray?

-USCIS has your X-ray already. Just need to provide the skin test.
