1）他和孩子可不可以繼續呆在美國申請H4？
-Yes, both he and his kid can change their status to H2 based on his wife's h1 status.

2）申請手續麻煩嗎？可不可以自己辦，不通過律師？
-Easy, DIY. Do not let the lawyer get their money.
