我用B2身份來美一個多月,已經用B2身份跟隨配偶申請了485, 目前pending。請問在等待時間內，我還需不需要將B2轉成H4？
-You had better change your status to H4.

IO會不會由於我B2身份而影響我們485的申請，給我們RFE。我現將B2轉成H4，會不會有助於RFE。
-You filed I-485 too early. You should have waited for about 4-5 months after you entered US with B2 to file I-485. USCIS might make trouble to your I-485 if you are not lucky because your immigration intent is too obviously using with B2 visa.

如有必要，請問自己辦B2轉H4要什麽材料呢？
