我是副申請人，職業移民二類，優先日期是2006年10月，現485 已經遞交，但老公已經去法院起訴離婚，估計不久後就要判離了。他絕不回頭，也絕不通融我的綠卡。因為國內的小三正等著上位。我有兩個很小的孩子都在美國出生。請問離婚後我還有什麽辦法留在美國嗎？謝謝！

But I have to say, if you divoice before your I-485 is approved, your I-485 will be invalid and your AOS status will be invalid also. So, you need to have your own status to stay here legally such as H1, F1 etc. (No more H4, F2 or AOS). I still think you may negotaite with your hu*****and again about this issue because it is also concerned about your kids' happiness, right?
