TXC eb1a RFE 求建議

pp的，剛剛收到eb1a的RFE mail，隻給了30天的時間response，真不知道如何準備，不
知道是材料組織的問題還是別的，感覺officer看了，但是看的不仔細。上來請大家幫
忙看看該如何回複。多謝大家了！！

具體內容如下：

further evidence is required to show that you are of national or
international renown in your field. Please submit at least three of the
following;

第一段是關於award的，petition letter根本就沒有claim，是不是就略過了，簡單的
寫一句do not claim？

第二段：submit evidence that any events in which you performed have a
distinguished reputation. For example, were the events in which you
participated widely publicized through the media? Have renowned individuals
at the top of your field participated in the events? Have the events had
exceptionally large attendence? Please respond in detail and submit evidence
in support of your response.我在petition letter裏麵提到做conference的
session chair和technical program committee member，是不是要把conference的介
紹放進去？但是conference都是normal的，也隻有推薦信美言了幾句。怎麽解釋呢？

第三段：submit evidence of your membership in associations who require
outstanding achievements of their members. Include documentary evidence of
the criteria those organization(s) apply in determining eligibility for
membership.我claim了IEEE Senior Member,而且已經從ieee的網上copy了senior的
requirement，還要如何證明啊。再給一遍？

第四段：The published material submitted about your work must clearly
indicate that the work is significant. An unevaluated listing in a subject
matter index or footnote, or a reference to the work without evaluation is
insufficient. Include evidence that the media through which your work has
been publicized can be regarded as "major", for example by having a large
circulation or a history of treating the work of renowned individuals.我準備
材料的時候對reference做了list，而且一些重要的做了摘要放在supporing material
裏麵，但是沒有放在petition letter裏麵。是不是回RFE的時候，要把摘要放在
response letter裏麵呢？英文文章發行的雜誌，可以找到發行量，但是會議的如何找
到接受率呢？還有中文的一些文章，如何證明circulation呢？

第五段：You have met the requirement to serve as a judge of the work of
others in your field.看來officer看了我的這部分材料，所以不RFE了。

第六段：Have experts in the field recongnized the petitioner's work? 我在
petition letter裏麵把referece letter已經做了摘要，那是否回RFE的時候重新組織
一下再發過去呢？

第七段：關於high salary的。petition裏麵沒有claim。

另外RFE letter的最後還有兩段：

Please describe in detail how you stand apart from other individuals in your
field to the extent that you are within that small percentage who has risen
to the very top of your field? Please respond in detail.這個是不是再把
referece letter的讚美的話再重複引用到這裏？

Please submit all evidence in the native language and include English
translations. Please submit photocopies of documents, not originals.這個很麻
煩啊。我的中文文章，因為都有英文的abstract，所以沒有翻譯。要是全部翻譯，工作
量真是太大了，該如何做呢？還有我的文章都是從IEEE上麵download下來的,或者是國
內的期刊網數據庫down下來的，沒有辦法找到photocopies，這個該怎麽處理呢？
