H-1b quota 是否這星期用完嗎？在線等！

一個CONSALTANT公司在網上找到我的RESUME,說能給我辦H-1,no interview,交$1200.但必須當天寄到材料，H-1b quota 這星期用完。我打電話，是INDIAN.I don't know if it is reliable,or maybe they just cheat the money.But I don't want keep one more year F-1, it cost a lots tuition. Anybody who have this experience would be appreciated by any advice.
