我現在是F1學生身份。年底博士畢業。現在有份工業界的工作offer。我隨我老公遞了485（EB2)。 今年3月申請了485 的工卡，明年3月失效， 但我從沒有用過這個工卡。

我現在的問題是，我還能申請opt 的工卡嗎？
-Most likely your OPT application will not be approved because of your immigration intent. You only can work with H1 status or using I-485 based EAD.
