我現在的身份： NIW PENDING。１４０已經批了。但排期遙遙無期，PD 是07年７月。我在用工卡工作。
剛剛結婚， 先生是公民了。
我有幾個問題：
１。現在我想申請婚姻綠卡。我已經遞了一份485 (NIW)了，應該再另外遞一份４８５嗎？還是應該設法把上份４８５與這次的申請合並？我應該怎樣做呢？
２。我的NIW PENDING，這會增加 移民局對我結婚原因的懷疑嗎？

SIGH，網上問個問題都這麽難？
我和勞工認識３年後結婚。他入籍公民了。 申請婚姻綠卡也是為了避免長時期等待帶來的不便。
我們年紀不小了，計劃很快要孩子，但我現在的工作強度和毒性可能要求我暫時得換一份專業。而NIW是必須要做和本專業相關的工作的。
