收到移民局的RFE, 讓解釋為什麽我和我先生兩地分居. 情況時我老公換工作到另外的州,工作不很穩定,而且亞特蘭大的房子市場不好,所以我暫時帶孩子生活.老公一兩個月回來一次. (一)不知道有這方麵經驗的朋友,是如何解釋和提供證據的.
-All the air tickets, emails, phone records, bank joint account satements and credit card joint account statements, the lastest joint pictures of your family, etc. and explain the reasons of separation in details in the cover letter.
(二)老公的公司顧了一個外國律師,可是也不太懂問什麽我們不搬到一起.是我自己起草一份信回答還是律師代回答?
十分緊急,因為信收到的特別晚.
