我的EB2 priority date是06年12月的，趕上了2007年的順風車交了485， 但是現在看來不知道 還得等幾年。
可是明年我就可以開始找教職了。問題是如果找到可以辦身份的大學，重新申請EB2(現在的EB2申請是用專業工作申請的, 跟academic完全無關)，會需要從頭來過嗎？
-If you academic work is still in the similar area as the old one, your I-485 is still OK. No need to be the same work. For example, you worked in a chemistry company in your major, and then you teach and research in a school in chemistry, you may be still Ok. All of this depends on how you jsutify it and the IO in USCIS does not know it too much really.

是不是可以用什麽linkage排到前一個申請的priority date上呢？
-You still can use the PD if both I-140 is approved.

外還有一個技術問題讓我困擾了很久。因為我的EB2是自己辦的，參照了兩個朋友請
律師辦的材料，這兩個朋友一個是EB2，一個是EB3。我們的EB2當然都是要求有碩士學
曆。
我的問題是，後來的收據、編號或者任何材料都沒有顯示出EB2 和EB3申請有什麽不同
呀？ 我怎麽樣可以確定我的申請是放在EB2這個類別裏呢？

look your i140 approval notice:

EB3:
Skilled worker or Professional Sec 203 (b)(3) (A)(i) or (ii)

EB2:
Mem of Professional w/ADV deg or of Exceptn'l Ability Sec 203(b) (2)
