回複：Eb-1a denied after RFE, How to appeal?

First of all, you have to decide if it is worthy to appeal, then you may need to hire a lawyer to help you since "appeal" involves in many legal aspects, just like to go to the court. BTW, can you share your denied letter with us so that we can give you our two cents?
