pjiang 和小白兔老師， 最近要file 485， 才發現2008 的federal tax return 的表用錯了。 我是h1b visa, 應該用1040 resident alien rather than Nonresident alien 1040NR. 都是我非常馬虎，注此大錯！ 請問這會影響我的485 申請嗎？如果有，我該怎麽辦？
