新的AP有效期是從舊的到期之時開始計算，並非我原來想的那樣是從批準延期之日計算。所以若要延期，不妨盡快。


Then how about my case.
I applied AP at 2007 and never used it before. Never renewed in 2008 and want to apply AP now.Does it mean that even if I get new AP, it will expire automatically since I didn't renew AP at 2008?
