回複：請教關於F1-H1 Change of Status

1. 如果學校發現我沒有注冊（他們要求一定要在8月24日注冊，並且學費不能退款），他們會馬上上報USCIS revoke我的F1嗎？
-They usually do it in one or two weeks after the semester begins.
還是會先向我討回I20表？
-No.
從他們上報到我的F1正式被USCIS cancel，中間的處理時間大概是幾周？
-The school just put the information into the SEVIS, and your F1 cancellation is effective immidiately.

2. 問第一個問題是希望我的H1 premium processing能有一些buffer time。因為LCA要花一周時間，等USCIS receive我的H1 petition,肯定是在8月24日之後了。我記得pjang老師在博客裏說過，如果out of status（沒有了F1)是沒有資格要求change of status的。我擔心的是USCIS在審理我的H1 case的時候，如果發現校方要求revoke我的F1，會不會以這個為理由馬上deny我的H1呢？
-Your H1 might be approved without I-94 and you just need to get h1 visa outside U.S. to activate your H1 in this case.
USCIS在COS的timing方麵真卡得那麽緊嗎？
-Usually not, so you still have a chance to get your H1 fully approved (with the i-94).

還是容許有一些Gap呢？
-It is poosible.
