EB1A, POSITION QUESTION

Dear All,

I have a question in filling i-140 for EB1A petition, my current position is depending on the funding source and I already got some tenure-track offer (next year)? I have not decided to take the offer or not? How should I fill the question that position is permanent or not in I-140? if I fill out it is not permanent, the application will be rejected?
