I called NSC this morning 800-375-5283. I chose the following nubmers: 1-2-1-1-3-3-1 and talked to a female representative who doesn't know enough about her job so she first talked about getting visa number from US embassy in China and then asked me to ask my EB1b petitioner to call her. I put my company's representative on the phone to talk to her and she gave him fax number and email address so our company can relink my 485 to EB1b I140. My company's rep. did not want to help me so he talked to company's lawyer who said I should ask my 485 lawyer to help on relink.
I called NSC again this afternoon using the same nubmers and talked to a guy and he also said the same thing about petitioner so I said I am the applicant and why I can't relink, something like that. He was kind enough to transfer me to a customer service lady who sent a service request toNSC to relink my 485 and she said I will be contacted either by mail or email within 30 days and she gave me the service request number to follow up if I don't hear anything from NSC.
