您覺得我有沒有必要讓我的新雇主現在遞交AC21, 因為我隻是收到email通知說我的485批了, 我並沒有收到綠卡, 所以我覺得如果需要, 可以讓新雇主趕緊發出AC21的信. 有這個必要嗎?
-No need the new employerto do anything. If you need to work for the new employer before you receive the physical green card, you just print out the email and bring the I-485 receipt (or I-485 approval notice if you got it) and go to the USCIS local office to put a green card stamp on your passport. This stamp has the same functions as the physical green card so that you can work for your new employer legally.
