sorry I did not describe the situation clearly:
June 2007 filed 140 (17.5y)
file 485 Jule 6 2007,
140 get approved at July 10 2007 (17.5),
now kid is 19.5y
Is it ok for the age?
-Yes. The age was frozen at 17.5 << age 21 and it is OK no matter how long the kid is waiting for the I-485 approval.
