如果PD CURRENT了，但I-140還沒批，是否也可以遞交I-485呢？
-Yes. As long as your PD becomes current, you and your whole family can file your I-485s no matter your I-140 is approved or not.
如果也可以的話，為何有人要付加急費辦I-140呢？
-These people just want see whether their I-140 is qaulified to be approved; some people may need their I-140 to be approvced to qualify for extend their H1 status beyond 6-year limit.

還有就我女兒的CASE，是不是無論I-140 PENDING多久，所有的等候時間都能加到她的年齡上嗎？
