如果在h-1期間申請過140及485， 但沒有成功或者沒有趕在滿6年前批下來，可以直接轉成O1麽？
-Most likely, yes. Technically, O1 is not dual intent, but practically O1 is usually treated as dual intent. So, USCIS usually approve Q1 application even if you have filed green card application.

還是也要離境至少一年?
