you still can use H1B with 6 years limited. You still can try TN but will be difficult to get because of immigration intent unless you live on the border city and commute to US. There is E1/2 visa if you open your own company. if you ever visit US without visa , there might be thorough cross examination about your immigration intent on the border especially on the air[port.
