十萬火急，緊急求助，在線等

最近，我著手申請綠卡，找了一位朋友推薦的紐約律師。經過幾次聯係，我讓他寄來了agreement。讀了以後，發現這簡直是一個不平等條約。他要我周五就得寄回agreement，急盼大家給與指點。具體情況如下：

1. 這個agreement指名了律師費和付費方式
2. 指明律師費不包括其它費用（如messenger service, filing service fees, renewal applications, express mail, coping, personal interviews, peptitions for family members, travel outside the New York, or legal fees for administrative review)。
3. 如在規定期內不能交納相關費用，律師可隨時中止服務。
4. 僅籠統地表明律師應盡心為顧客服務以達到顧客的目標。

我不知各位朋友是否也有相似的經曆？望好心人不吝賜教，萬分感謝！
