It is because I am not sure if my h1 application will be submitted before 8-15, which depends on when my LCA will be approved. if it is, fine, if not, that means there is a break between my two H1. That's what I am worry about.

Do you think I can wait for 1-2 weeks even after my expiration date, 8-15?
