綠卡後改名問題

I plan to 改名. I have 中國護照. After my name change, I need to 護照加注.

I have a question. My passport will expire soon and I need a new passport. When I have a new passport, besides my Chinese name, will I have my new (English) name on the front page, or will I still have my old name from 拚音 on the front page and new name as 加注. Thanks in advance.
