回複：AP回美後轉H1de

我家是485等待狀態，幾天前用AP返回美國。我(H1)和小孩(H4)的簽證快到期， 太太的H1還有兩年。

我要立刻申請H1延期。這不會影響485的等待吧？

我小孩要保留Parolee狀態，隻要按時renew她的AP，

不需要關心她的H4是否過期吧？
-You are right. If her I-485 is denied, she can get H4 status back by going to China to get H4 visa.

我太太是否需要立即申請renew她的H1? 我們考慮萬一485出問題，她保持H1就更主動。
-Up to her. If she does not want to renew h1, she has to use EAD to work.
