Thanks your answer,I just read it ,still had some confuse about question #2
皮匠:2007年我和我wife一起遞了以我為主申請人的EB3 I-485, 另外我wife遞了EB1B, 一直沒有消息, 一直到前天, 情況突然發生改變. 她的140和485在一天內同時被批. her 485 base on my 140,we didn't relink.由於我們想等我wife的140被批後遞交我女兒的485, 再relink我的485.Yesterday my wife already received her green card
1.請問現在還能不能遞交我女兒的485和relink我的485 ,

2.如果遞交我女兒的485和我的485是不是基於我老婆以批的EB1B 140, 因為EB1B有名額可以節約很多時間

Base on her I-485 , you mean her EBib I140 or something else. I don't understand,可以節約很多時間?
