Civil major, 20 papers, 30 review works and some memberships like sigma X (all outdate, not renewed by 2007). That are all I claimed.

Very headache in writing the petition letter and preparing other documents with my not good English.

DIY is possible and saved $$$$$ for any case, I think.


Eb2 was filed by univerersity and approved in 07. Required my employer to file Eb1b, but not agreed.

Came to US in 2003, with Ph.D. not from USA and now working as a tenure track AP in a teaching focuss Uni. Daughter needs GC for applying for university and scholarships in the coming fall.

Filed to TSC, that may be the main reason for quick approval.
