偶朋友現在遇到麻煩問題了。自己剛拿到綠卡，配偶還在國內，不過他們的婚姻是在在朋友遞交485前。朋友申請的是eb1b類別。現在朋友怎麽替他配偶申請綠卡，一般時間多長？
