已經用EAD工作了2年，I485即將被拒，需要辦H1b。我關心的是，是否必須要回國領H簽證，有沒有人在這裏拿到工作簽證的。謝謝
-Yes, most likely you need to get an H1 visa in China to get your H1 status. You may just ask your employer to file H1 petition now, but you had better not get the H1 visa until your I-485 is denied and you do not want to file motion to I-485 reopen (you feel you have no hope in this I-485 anymore).
