回複：請教填I-751表的問題

我和我的孩子要把臨時綠卡轉成正式綠卡，填I-751表時，我們該全家（包過老公，他一年半前替我們申請的兩年臨時綠卡）填一份表還是要一人填一份共三份表呢？多謝！
-You, your spouse and your kid can only need to file one joint I-751 together if your kid acquired conditional resident status together with you, or within 90 days thereafter.
