I believe each subsequent I-94 supercedes the previous one. You will only need to submit the latest one. (You can bring all 3 just in case.)

And by the way, you will give the I-94 at the port of departure - the last airport in the U.S. (assuming you need to transfer flights domestically in the U.S.)
