謝謝您的解答，對於第4個問題，我的意思是我現在的綠卡正在PENDING中，如果現在持有一家公司願意在綠卡審批時雇傭我，我是否可以申請CONSULATE PROCESSING？不需要重新申請PERM了吧？
-Once you use Consular processing (CP), your I-485 will be invalid and thus, you can not have the benefit of AC21. Thus, because you were laid off and if you use CP route, you will have to start the entire processing over again unless your employer who sponsored your PERM/I-140 will continue job later.
